Gift Voucher & E-Voucher
Gift vouchers or e-vouchers cannot be reissued, exchanged or refunded for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or gift card ) once the purchase has been made.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can fix it quickly. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.​

Postage is free for purchases over $100. We arrange postage using Australia Post with tracking available.

Skin Reaction Returns​
Your skin’s health is important to us. If you experience a reaction, please contact yourSPA immediately via email bookings@yourSPA.com.au.
Our Professional Skin Therapists will gather details to help assess your concern and seek approval from the product manufacturer. To support your claim, we may require:
